The Pottawatomie Recycling Committee has educational scholarships available to two 2022-2023 graduating seniors who attend a Pottawatomie County high school. The scholarship is for expenses associated with a state-accredited post-secondary institution or program, which includes vocational and technical schools and 2-4 year colleges.
The scholarship winners will be announced on April 22, Earth Day; however, the monies for the scholarship will not be awarded until second semester of the freshman year of your post-secondary education. An alternate recipient will be selected in the event one of the first two recipients is no longer qualified by second semester. The awarding of the scholarship is subject to approval by the Pottawatomie Scholarship Committee and may be denied if the conditions for the scholarship are not met.
