GIS DAY 2022

Governor Laura Kelly has proclaimed today, November 16, 2022,  GIS Day in the state of Kansas. The state of Kansas recognizes that geographic information systems (GIS) is important in the decision making process for projects regarding infrastructure, natural resources, and economic growth.

The Pottawatomie County GIS office is the county mapping provider and supports the Appraiser, Clerk, Finance, Noxious Weed, Public Works, Sheriff, and Zoning offices by providing digital data and paper maps.
