Purpose of the Program

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Clinic is a US Department of Agriculture federally-funded program that provides nutrition education and food to income-eligible pregnant, breastfeeding, and post-partum women, infants, and children up to five years old.

WIC appointments are available in Wamego, St. Marys and Onaga.   Please call us for an appointment 785-776-4779 Ext 7661 and ask for one of these locations.

Wamego — First Baptist Church at 1911 Grandview Drive

St. Marys — CHCS Clinic at 206 Grand Ave

Onaga — CHCS Clinic at 120 W 8th Street

Income Eligibility

WIC income eligibility guidelines are:

  • $33,874 annual income for a household of two
  • $42,606 annual income for a household of three
  • $51,338 annual income for a household of four
  • $60,070 annual income for a household of five
