A weed that is out of place or detrimental to agricultural production and
declared noxious by State Legislative action. |

There are different criteria that make a weed noxious:
The economic return does not exceed the cost of treatment, Poisonous
to livestock or humans, Uncontrolled spread, Perennial Plant. |
