POTTAWATOMIE RECYCLING PROGRAM
Our Mission: Protecting Pottawatomie County's Environment |
| |
Pottawatomie Recycling depends heavily on your financial support. Our goal is to become self-sufficient and not rely on tax dollars. If we raise money through grants, businesses, and patrons of our trailers, the County can keep recycling off its budget and not have to raise your taxes for recycling purposes. Any financial support that you can contribute is greatly appreciated. All contributions are strictly used for the purpose of funding recycling efforts in our county.
Donations to Pottawatomie Recycling may be done in one of two ways:
Checks may be written to the Pottawatomie Recycling Committtee: Pottawatomie Recycling Committee, Attn: Phyllis Hupe, Treasurer, PO Box 171, Westmoreland, Kansas 66549.
For the tax-deductable donations, checks may be sent to the Wamego Community Foundation, PO Box 25, Wamego, Kansas 66547. Plese write “Pottawatomie Recycling Committee”in the memo line. |
| |
| The
Committee is asking concerned citizens to help fund the program by: |
| Spreading the word throughout the county. Asking local business for charitable donations. Pledging a contribution. Participate in the area paper drives held in St George, Wamego, Westmoreland & Onaga. |
