Purpose of the Program: Provide basic health services essential for the promotion of optimal health throughout a woman's life cycle. |
Services Offered: Pap smear Breast exam Pelvic exam Blood pressure Hemoglobin Urinalysis Pregnancy test Screening for infection; treatment for infection Birth control counseling Referrals as needed |
Program Eligibility: Any client who is in need of basic women's health services, primarily those at or below 150% of poverty & whose insurance doesn't cover these services. |
Fees: Sliding fee scale based on family size and income. |
Hours: Initial and Annual exams by appointment only. |
