Future clinics will be set up as supply becomes available.
Be sure to dress warmly for the possibility of being outside during the clinic.

The Pottawatomie County Health Department will have both injectable H1N1 vaccine and intranasal H1N1 mist in limited supply available at the above time.  Anyone eligible for Intranasal H1N1 mist is encouraged to take that over the injectable vaccine because the injectable is in limited supply and some people can only have that type of vaccine.  Also, future vaccine shipments are dependent upon the use of all available vaccine.  It is necessary to wait at least 28 days between any two live vaccinations, such as varicella (chicken pox), MMR, or Seasonal FluMist.

H1N1 vaccine is free.
Persons who qualify should complete the Consent Form in advance if possible. You will also need to read the Privacy Policy and have a signed Notice of Privacy Policy Acknowledgment.
