advance voting by mail, you can contact the County Clerk's office at
785-457-3314 or see Advance Voting Information. |

form can also be obtained from the Secretary of State's web page. That
address is www.kssos.org. |

| We
must have a signed request before we can mail an advance ballot. You must
request this in time to allow for mail delivery. Ballots must be returned
to the Clerk's office (not your polling location) by 7:00 P.M. on election
day. |

| Advance
voting in person in the County Clerk's office is also an option. This can
be done 15-20 days prior to the election. |

| You
must be a registered voter to obtain an advance ballot. Besides the County
Clerk's office and outposts throughout the County, a voter registration
form can also be obtained from the Secretary of State's web site. You can
complete it and either bring it in person, mail it to
our office, or fax it to us at 785-457-3507. Voter registration closes 20 days prior to an election. |
